📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and process export and import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Track and manage shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain and update records in SAP and other logistics software.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and PPJK procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to shippers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to customs clearance and documentation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export and import documentation or related roles.
• Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and PPJK procedures.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other logistics software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
