📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of plumbing and water treatment systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure all engineering projects align with the hotel's operational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve our facilities.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure the continued growth of our team.
• Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
