📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure food safety and quality.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Preparing and analyzing samples for various tests.,Documenting and recording test results accurately.,Assisting in the development and implementation of food safety protocols.,Collaborating with the kitchen and food service teams to address any food-related issues.,Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations.,Participating in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
