In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability of products/services.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to meet purchasing needs and objectives.,Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
