As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and venue coordination.

Ensure all events are executed according to the agreed schedule and budget.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary items and services are available.

Manage guest communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet venues.

Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the event.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all events and associated expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.

Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with event planning software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative and detail-oriented.

Knowledge of Indonesian culture and traditions is a plus.
