In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
