📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and emergency response.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection reports.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety and health role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.,Certification in a relevant safety program, such as OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using safety management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
