📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and managing customer databases.,Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses.,Support the development of sales strategies and contribute to the improvement of sales processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the organization and preparation of sales presentations and reports.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to support sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a virtual assistant capacity.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
