In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of loan applicants, evaluating financial risks, and approving loan applications. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the financial health and stability of our lending operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.,Evaluate financial risks associated with loan applications and develop risk mitigation strategies.,Approve or decline loan applications based on credit analysis and risk assessment.,Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential delinquencies or defaults.,Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting, collections, and risk management, to ensure seamless loan processing.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysis.,Conduct regular reviews of loan performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.,Prepare and present credit analysis reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.,Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit scoring techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
