In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced manufacturing equipment, particularly in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, with a focus on CMP technology.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment into production processes.,Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.,Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.,Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for equipment operation and maintenance.,Participate in project planning and execution, working closely with engineering and production teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment engineering, with a focus on advanced manufacturing technologies.,Strong understanding of CMP technology and related processes.,Proven track record of successfully designing, installing, and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
