Rejeki Rama Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our health center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing quality healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team in Tuban, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the executive team to achieve company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or healthcare management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
