The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
