Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department.
• Coordinate and supervise departmental activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage departmental resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
