PT Wana Cendrawasih is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from inventory management to distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal inventory.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and safety.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of goods.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
