Cafe Tono Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, reorder points, and expiration dates.,Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.,Prepare and process purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.,Assist in the organization and management of warehouse space to maximize efficiency.,Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Work closely with the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely product availability.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of stock reports and other warehouse-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
