📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, including fuel management and route planning.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance requirements.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure fleet compliance and safety.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders on fleet-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
