📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the fuel management system, including ordering, delivering, and monitoring fuel usage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of the fleet and any issues that need attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
