📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders,Manage the payroll process, including employee payments and tax filings,Lead and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Proven experience in managing financial records and ledgers,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
