📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet production needs.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
