Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals,Monitor and report on key performance indicators,Implement and maintain standard operating procedures,Manage inventory and supply chain activities,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues,Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain activities,Ability to travel for business purposes as required
