📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English skills
