📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and tests on production processes.,Document and report any quality issues or defects.,Work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.,Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Willingness to travel to different production sites if required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food Safety Management System (FSMS) knowledge.Experience with quality control software like QMS or SAP.Understanding of HACCP principles.Ability to conduct sensory evaluations.Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
