Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the branch,Managing a team of employees and ensuring they are productive and motivated,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction,Monitoring and reporting on branch performance and sales,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales,Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the textile industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
