📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.,Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or international setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee development.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
