Global Insurance is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position based in Pematangsiantar, offering a competitive salary package. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for logistics and vehicle management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and vehicle downtime.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing vehicle routes and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
