📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
  • Manage and mentor production team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with production software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
