📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Control inventory and ensure proper food costs and waste management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report financial performance to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and food cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance.
