CV Bumi Mega is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our organization.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
