📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
