This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 120,000,000 to IDR 180,000,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide academic and personal support to students, including advising, counseling, and career guidance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of student services programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless student support services.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to faculty and advisors.
• Assist in the organization and execution of student events, workshops, and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student information and support services.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
• Stay informed about best practices in student services and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student services, academic advising, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with university systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.
