📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet global market demands
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers worldwide
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
- Monitor and optimize procurement costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with international quality and sustainability certifications
- Lead sourcing teams and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Analyze market trends and develop innovative sourcing solutions
- Report to senior management on procurement performance and strategic initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global sourcing, preferably in the apparel industry
- Proven track record in managing international supplier relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance standards
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
