📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the shopping mall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and coordinate cleaning and maintenance services, including scheduling and quality control.
• Ensure the safety and security of the mall, including staff training and emergency preparedness.
• Implement and monitor environmental policies to ensure sustainability and compliance.
• Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a shopping mall or similar environment.
• Proven experience in managing staff and coordinating services.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FMPro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Safety Management or a related field is a plus.
