Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ensure data integrity and systematic documentation control for all projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate communication.
• Leverage Jira and Confluence to streamline project management processes and improve collaboration.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in project management.
• Support the Chief Operating Officer in ensuring rigorous project governance and compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
