📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain Fleet Management Systems (FMS) using advanced software such as SAP FMS, Geotab, or similar.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FMS with other operational systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, including drivers and fleet managers.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in fleet management and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of FMS projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management systems, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Certification in fleet management systems, such as CFMS (Certified Fleet Management Specialist) or similar, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using FMS software such as SAP FMS, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
