As an International Furniture Agent, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication between clients and manufacturers. You will work closely with our team to source, negotiate, and deliver furniture that exceeds client expectations. In this role, you will use tools like SAP for order management, Skype/Zoom for international communications, and Adobe Creative Suite for design collaboration. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in cross-cultural negotiation and supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from initial client inquiry to final delivery
• Source and negotiate with Indonesian furniture manufacturers to secure the best products at competitive prices
• Ensure quality control and compliance with international standards
• Coordinate with clients and manufacturers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, communications, and payments
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and manufacturers
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international furniture trade

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, particularly in the furniture industry
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with SAP or similar order management software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Indonesian furniture manufacturing processes and standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
