As a Teller at Bank IBK Indonesia, you will handle cash transactions, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist customers with various banking needs. You will use our in-house banking software, such as Core Banking System and ATM Management System, to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of banking regulations and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and process deposits and withdrawals accurately.
• Assist customers with various banking needs and provide exceptional service.
• Use Core Banking System and ATM Management System to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
• Follow banking regulations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage cash handling duties and ensure the safety and security of cash.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including reconciling cash balances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in using Core Banking System and ATM Management System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid certification in banking operations or related field is a plus.
