📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales processes.
• Represent PT Helm Care Indonesia at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership and sales management.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive market.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
