📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs using tools like AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of billing and invoicing documents for clients.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues related to project costs and schedules.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved plans and specifications.
• Provide support to the senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of project close-out reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and the ability to work in Bali.
