As a Pastry & Bakery Chef at PT Greenfield Work & Flow, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts that meet our high standards of quality and taste. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our products are not only delicious but also visually stunning, appealing to both our local and international customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute daily pastry and bakery recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, bread, and desserts using premium ingredients.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Create visually appealing and innovative pastry and bakery items that reflect our brand’s identity.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end bakery or restaurant.
• Proven ability to create and execute complex pastry and bakery recipes.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Experience with premium ingredients and high-quality ingredients sourcing.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Familiarity with using kitchen management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
